Demandly ("we", "us") operates demandly.info, a platform where people signal demand for businesses, products, civic improvements, policies, community initiatives, and where individuals may publish campaign or public-figure pages. Demandly is a neutral host of user-submitted content. We do not author, verify, or endorse the content that users post.
By creating an account, posting a signal, echoing, backing a campaign, or otherwise using Demandly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit — including demand signals, campaign pages, policy positions, business listings, and any claims within them. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you have the right to post it. You must not impersonate any person, organization, candidate, or business, and you must not post on behalf of someone without their authorization.
Demandly does not independently verify the identity of users, the accuracy of claims, the existence of demand, or the legitimacy of any candidate, campaign, or business. Listings and pages are self-declared by their creators. A "verified" badge, where shown, reflects a limited internal review only and is not a guarantee of anything. Reliance on any content is at your own risk.
Demandly is a values-based, halal-oriented platform. Content promoting alcohol, gambling, adult content, interest-based lending, or other clearly impermissible activities is not allowed and may be removed. We also prohibit unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive content.
Campaign pages are created and controlled by their authors to gauge genuine support. They are first-person, self-declared statements of the creator's own intent and positions — not official endorsements by Demandly. Supporter counts reflect actions by real site visitors and are not certified vote counts or polls. You may not create a page representing a person or campaign that is not your own.
Anyone may report content using the report links provided. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove, hide, suspend, or take down any content or account that we believe violates these Terms or may cause harm. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
Demandly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demandly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content posted by users, including false, misleading, or unauthorized content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demandly and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of content you submit or your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
